Here is a list of FAQ for your consideration prior to booking an appointment with the store.
How do I book an appointment with you?
- You can contact me via the website, on my socials or send me an email. I would prefer you to book as i’m not at the store full time.
What do I wear to a bridal fitting?
- I would suggest wearing undergarments that you plan to wear on your big day (i.e. shapewear) and bring along a strapless nude bra.
How many people should I bring?
- Just your nearest and dearest! Those who will help you to base your decision on something you fall in love with- and not what they want!
- Children must be supervised at all times.
Returns / Exchanges
The ODIM store will accept returns and full refund if the item is in any way faulty or damaged (not as a result from postage) within 7 days of purchaser receiving the item and making contact. The ODIM store will not accept refund for change of mind however will accept exchange.
The ODIM store will accept return and exchange of clothing excluding intimates, jewellery, headpieces and handmade bridal gowns.
If the purchaser requests a return and monetary refund from a good that was paid for with afterpay; the purchaser will receive their money refunded at a discounted rate (as per afterpay fees).
It is up to the purchaser to pay for the shipping of their return.
The ODIM store is in no way liable for damage of items from the postage facility. You can opt for extra insurance for this if you wish.
